🌱 LOAMY HEARTS – Day 2

🌱 LOAMY HEARTS – Day 2

Seeds Don’t Ask Permission

The Unknown Servant Notes

📖 Verse of the Day

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God…” — 1 John 4:1 (KJV)

🌿 Topic

Not Every Word Is Harmless

🔥 Reflection

Seeds do not ask permission before they grow…
they only need access.

And once access is granted,
growth becomes automatic.

A word is spoken…
A tone is noticed…
A report is heard…

…and if the heart is open without discernment,
the seed is already planted.

The danger is this:
many believe they are only “hearing”…

but in truth, they are receiving.

And what is received
does not remain idle.

It begins to grow.

The Lord Jesus Christ warned:

📖 “Take heed what ye hear…” — Mark 4:24 (KJV)

Not just how you hear—
but what you hear.

Because not every word carries life.
Some words carry corruption…
disguised as concern,
wrapped in sincerity,
delivered with subtlety.

A loamy heart does not filter.
It does not pause.
It does not test.

It gives room too quickly.

📖 “The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.” — Proverbs 14:15 (KJV)

Beloved…
every word you entertain is a seed.

Every conversation you accept
is a planting.

And every planting
will eventually produce fruit—
whether you intended it or not.

Some did not plan to become suspicious…
but they received a seed.

Some did not plan to distance themselves…
but they received a report.

Some did not plan to think evil…
but they allowed a word to settle.

And now the fruit is speaking. Be it good or bad, it has to bring forth what it's sowed.

📖 “A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things…” — Matthew 12:35 (KJV)

The heart does not forget what it has received—
it stores it
waters it…
and brings it forth at the appointed time.

🔥 This is why the enemy does not always fight you directly—
he plants words around you.

Because if your heart is loamy,
he does not need to force growth—
your heart will do it for him.

🙏 Prayer

Lord Jesus Christ,
open my eyes to what I have allowed into my heart.

Forgive me for every word I received without testing,
every conversation I entertained without discernment,
every seed I allowed to grow that was not from You.

Uproot every evil planting—
every assumption, every false report, every hidden corruption.

Give me spiritual discipline
to guard what I hear,
to test what is spoken,
and to reject what is not of You.

Let my heart be a place where only truth can take root.

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ,
Amen.

🔥 Takeaway

Not every word deserves a place in your heart.
If it was not planted by God—
it must not be allowed to grow.

✍🏾 The Unknown Servant Note

A wise heart does not receive everything it hears— it examines, filters, and discerns.

Because once a seed enters…
growth is no longer optional.
